Cortex Screw: 3.5 mm

- Discussion:
    - for fixation of small bones such as forearm, fibula, & clavicle;
    - core diameter of 2.4 mm and requires a 2.5 mm drill bit;
    - 3.5 mm titanium shaft screw used as lag screw in a LC-DCP 3.5 mm
          - designed as partially threaded screw w/ shaft diameter of 3.5 mm;
          - hence it is used as a lag screw;
          - since the smooth shaft has the same diameter as the thread it provides improved stiffness and strength with the screw is used, as a load screw for axial compression
