- apply one patch every 7 days to a hairless area on upper arm or torso; 
- titrate according to individual therapeutic requirements; 
- supplied TTS-1, TTS-2, TTS-3 programmed to deliver 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg of clonidine per day for 1 week; 
- Note that doses above 2 TTS-3 is usually not effective
