    - Symmetric Involvement
          - Polyarticular JRA.
    - Asymmetry suggests:
          - JRA: Polyarticular/Pauciarticular
          - Trauma
          - Leukemia
          - Tuberculosis
          - Fungal infections
          - Hemophilia
          - Lyme Disease
          - Acute Rheumatic Fever
          - Septic Arthritis
          - Child Abuse
