- Loss of normal Qs: I, aVL, V6
- L.A.D.
-Usually associatted with MI (upto 1/2 of Ant MI get Ant HemiB)
-QRS slightly widened (0.1 to 0.12 sec)
-Note: always rule out pre-existing sources of Left Axis Dev.:
- Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
- Horizontal Heart ANTERIOR HEMIBLOCK + R.B.B.B.:
-may result from MI of Anterior Wall of the Left Ventricle
