- for pernicious anemia and other deficiency states;
- adult: 100ug IM or SC qd for 5-10 days then 100-200ug IM monthly;
- peds: 100 ug qid IM or deep SC over 2 weeks for a total dose of 1-5 mg then 60 ug IM or SC monthly;
- injections supplied as: 30 ug/ml, 100 ug/ml, 1000 ug/ml
