- Dx of MI - ST depression of more than 2 mm in any of the inferior leads (II, III, or aVF) 5in pts w/ anterior infarction is assoc w/ hospital mortality of > 10% compared with < 10% in anterior infarctions w/o such marked inferior ST depression.
