- Discussion:
    - short sature beomes evident in early childhood;
    - other manifestations of disorder (enlarged skull, short & broad hands
          & feet, dstrophic nails, and blue sclerae) usually are recongnized
          in infancy;
    - pathologic fractures are a frequent complication;
    - on x-ray, bone sclerosis appears during infancy;
