Posterior dislocation of the elbow

Clin-Orthop. 1991 Aug(269): 201-4 Posterior dislocation of the elbow is associated with significant morbidity and incomplete recovery. In this series of 32 patients, those with associated fractures, posterolateral dislocations, delayed reduction, and rigid immobilization had the least satisfactory outcome.
