    - Rare in upper extremity
    - Ulcerated skin lesion
          - cyst formation
          - pigmentation
          - elevated edge may appear pearly
          - may be subungual
    - Location:
          - dorsum of fingers to shoulder;
    - Treatment:
          - excision and radiation treatment;
          - 2-5 mm of normal appearing skin & subQ tissue is maintained
              around tumor;
