Winging Scapula

- Discussion:
   - injuriy to long thoracic nerve (serratus anterior) leads to medial winging;
   - injury to the spinal accessory (trapezius) leads to lateral winging;

- diff dx:
        - brachial plexus injury /preganglionic injury
        - serratus anterior / long thoracic nerve
        - trapezius
        - fascioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy
        - parsonage turner
